Here is a confession: I am the guy that reminisces about the SNL Good-Ole-Days – back when Farley, Spade, Myers, Sandler & even as late as Ferrell were the kings of comedy.  I have repeatedly brushed off the new face of SNL as sub-par. I realize this is close-minded and that I’m only hurting myself, but for a long time I just haven’t cared.

Well, in an effort to break this prejudice, I have started giving SNL a shot again – watching selected clips/sketches. I stand by my position, that it’s not what it once was – but on the other hand, there is some new talent that i have to admit I really enjoy – this talent has a name and it’s Andy Samberg.

This is no blank check endorsement of SNL or Andy Samberg – there is plenty of gargbage created and peddled to the masses and that is not what i am promoting… so with that disclaimor: enjoy this sketch featuring Andy S. It made me laugh out loud.

NOTE: if you don’t know who Mark Wahlberg is then just skip this – you won’t enjoy it.
