QWERTY

QwertyMy name is Noah Kiser and I like texting.

Here’s the rub – I lack a “QWERTY” keyboard on my phone.  Thus it takes me a ridiculous amount of time to send one message.  In frustration I went to the Verizon store today to look @ my options for an upgrade.  There are plenty.

The problem: I have awkward thumbs and I’m very picky. If the keys are too small I end up sending messages like: “hry. r we om 4 2nute?” – I notice the plethora of errors in my 6 word message after it is sent. And now you’re saying: try the slider.  Yea… feels kind of cheap in my hands… (remember, I’m picky) … Where does that leave me? With a phone the size of a small laptop… and I already have an iPod touch filling that role.

As I was weighing my options, I came to the perfect solution: I will be upgrading to the cheapest phone with a QWERTY keyboard and let the chips fall where they may. That my friends is my most recent “recession decision.”
